Firm Profile

Bueide Law Firm focuses its practice on commercial real estate projects and transactions.  It regularly represents clients in platting, zoning, permitting and other development and land-use related projects; purchase and sale transactions; leasing; condominium, townhome and other community interest projects; mortgage-based financing; and eminent domain matters.

Attorney Dan Bueide and Paralegal Michelle Bueide have more than 50 years of combined commercial real estate law experience.  Dan and Michelle have worked together for almost 20 years and have been blessed with wonderful clients and interesting work, including many ground-up development projects, downtown redevelopment projects, large and complicated financing transactions and hundreds of purchase and sales transactions. They have worked on many unique and complex projects, such as the land assemblage, entitlement procurement and financing for a large ethanol plant; coordinating the rights acquisition, title and ultimately transfer for two large wind farms; and several sales, purchase and financing transactions involving large portfolios of real property. Dan and Michelle thrive on challenging projects and pride themselves on the ability to problem-solve through thorny issues to get real estate projects done and deals closed.

Prior to moving to Fargo almost 20 years ago, Dan and Michelle practiced with separate law firms in both Milwaukee and the Twin Cities.  More recently, Dan, Michelle and their Legal Administrative Assistant, Kris Syverson, worked together for many years at a local law firm, until Dan opened the Bueide Law Firm in March, 2015.
